These terms cover your use of this website and the Sea Jay Media referral program. Client projects are governed by the individual proposal or agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over these terms.
Using this website
The content on this site is for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but it doesn't form an offer or a contract — prices, timelines and deliverables are only binding once agreed in writing for your project.
All text, graphics, logos and code on this site belong to Sea Jay Media unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Referral program
- Joining is free. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.
- A referral is credited to you when the business contacts us through your referral link, or names you, within 60 days, and was not already in contact with us.
- Commission is calculated on the net project value (excluding VAT and third-party costs) according to the tiers shown on the referral page at the time the project is signed.
- Commission is paid monthly, after the referred client has paid the corresponding invoice.
- You may not use spam, misleading claims or paid ads bidding on our brand name to promote your link. We may withhold commission for referrals obtained this way.
- We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned will still be paid.
Liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
